Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
- If the customer cancels his reservation 30 days prior to the arrival date, then the deposit will be refunded in full.
- If the customer cancels his reservation less than 30 days prior to the arrival date or if he does not show up, then there will be NO REFUND of his deposit.
- In the case where the customer checks out of the hotel during his stay, he is responsible to pay 100% of the daily rate of his room for the remaining days of his scheduled stay.
RESERVATION CONFIRMATION
To confirm your reservation it is necessary to send a deposit (25% or 50% depending on the number of days planned to stay).
